3 * Bathrooms Re-Furbed

Currently sale agreed on a 3 bed semi in north county dublin. (about 1050 sq feet)

The 3 bathrooms need to be refurbed - main, en suite and under stairs.

I got a quote of approx 12k from a crowd I know to be very good but am worried it's a little on the high side an we're on a tight budget.

I don't have time between work and few other things to organise separate plasters, plumbers etc so am looking at an all in package.

    Looking for quotes or recommendations.

Want to ensure more than anything that the work is done to a good standard - don't want to pay 6k and it be a mess.

Have used the Sonas brochure from Usher bathrooms and know what i'd like in terms of basin, toilet, taps, radiator etc.

I can specify exactly if anyone PM's me.

Just need place measured, designed, fittings purchased and work done to ensure it comes together.

Main bathroom, and en suite to be fully tiles.

12K is about the correct ballpark ( without knowing specifics) . Labour intensive works with relatively high cost items i.e. sanitary fittings. 6k is totally unrealistic.

Cheers, wasn't expecting 6k, more just trying to make a point.
