    Hi Guys

    Looking for a personal trainer in Limerick, budget is tight so looking for someone who would be good value.

    Make sure they have PT qualifications - a lot of trainers out there don't, particularly at the budget end. You will be much better off going less frequently to someone who's well qualified and knows their stuff.

    My own advice is to not hire a personal trainer. Cheapest option of all!

    Seriously though, they are completely unnecessary. The last thing you need to do is pay someone 50 quid an hour to give you information that you could find out after 5 minutes on the internet.
