Market for luxury home wedged between N3/M50/Train line

    I was cycling through Blanchardstown the other day when I noticed a new development of 6 "exclusive" luxury homes being built in this gateway(just before the entrance to the Twelfth Lock pub). It looks like it will be a very tight squeeze. Surely there would be no market for these considering they will be wedged between the N3, M50 and train line?
