Wanted: Road bike

Has anyone got a reasonably priced second hand road bike. Im not particularly fussy once the bike was comfortable, its just for club spins and a few sportives. Size 54/56 and would prefer a triple but would consider and gear set-up. Budget is 300-500.

jj i have a ktm strada 2000(compact).bought late 2011 with shimano 105 throughout.very clean bike.it got a full service just before xmas.it is a medium frame(55).i would be looking nearer 600 if your interested.

I've a few steel vintage bikes from 70's and 80's. A 54cm tourer (with triple chain set!) and 2 x 56 cm lightweights with mudguard eyelets. I could probably set them up with the triple from the tourer if you'd like. The tourer is in reasonable nick, the other two are more sweet! Depending on your preference and budget can do between €300-€400. Also depends on whether you've interest in steel!

Now that I think of it were you looking previously?

Thanks bazzamac but the budget is the budget unfortunately. Nice bike and I hope you get what you are looking for.

Hi Brendan, I do love steel bikes. I have a steel project (currently on the long finger) but not what I want at the minute.

I might be interested in this - any pictures of the bike and where are you based?
