Damn if thats not photoshoped then we got a good one :)
Anyone can help on that question?

Actually its got to be a doctored image.I cant believe a 5 pointed star and masonic square and compass belt would be allowed to be worn in public.
Its just too obvious to be true I think.

    Edit again:
    WTF, might be real ^^

Read the article on the VC, where this came from originally, pretty sure it says the hospital where the nurses received this belt has been closed for 20 years or so, thats the weird thing. Though tbf the nuse probably qualified when they were still giving these belts out and wore it due to the occasion?

Anne Jenkins - Quality and Risk Manager

Anne joined the Hospital 26 years ago as a Staff Nurse rising to the rank of Deputy Sister and Ward Sister before taking on the role of Clinical Nurse Manager in January 1996. Over the last 14 years her responsibilities have expanded and now she also holds the role of Quality and Risk Manager for the Hospital. She acts as Deputy Matron and assists Matron in the recruitment and development of nurses, continually improving standards in order to maintain the Hospital's accreditation and registration status. She is responsible for all areas of Health and Safety, Infection Control and Clinical Risk, manages the training programme for staff and ensures the highest standards of quality care and professionalism are always maintained. Anne became a member of the Senior Management Team in 1996.

Not sure if its all her fault, doubtfull.
But also not sure what role she plays in the governing of the world either.
Is she just a puppet figurehead?

She does nothing and has no power. Not much good having a puppet if they cant and dont do anything.

I had a nice conspiracy posting on this thread yesterday and guess what - I was infracted, and my post was removed.

In fact, as far as I can see this whole thread has been heavily modded. Can't imagine why!

She plays a more figurehead role, performing civic and public duties, patron to charities etc.

She does have some sway in government but it's relatively minor.

Right now, she is probably more popular than any politician in the UK, and the monarchy is enjoying a period of public adoration (after a long period of scandal, infighting and bad relations)

That's because it was, and the title of "Sister" for senior nurses in the UK is a hold over from the earliest days of medicine where women of the church would administer home care.

If I recall correctly the current hierarchy is something like

    Staff Nurses
    Senior staff nurses
    Deputy Sister
    Sister
    Senior Sister

With sisters being the ones who run wards and Senior Sisters overseeing multiple Sisters, if necessary.
