Updates from private forums

On the touch site, I'm still getting some updates from a private forum that I used to be a member of. Is there a way of stopping this, or should I contact the moderators directly? Thanks. (Can pm screenshot if necessary, not going to post it as the latest update is from a thread about dating, don't want to compromise…
