    shOUT! Youth Project of Youth Work Ireland Galway is organizing a Stand Up! event to call for an end to homophobic bullying. Please come along and lend your support.

    Just thought you would like to know. It starts at 1:30pm not the advertised 2:00pm.

    It's for a good cause and a great start to Stand up week.

    Mods feel free to delete if this doesn't fit the rules.

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me?     Timetable for Saturday
    STAND UP FLASH MOB TIMETABLE
    1.30pm Keep The Beat Music Session
    1.45pm Speak about shOUT! & Stand Up Week
    1.50pm Explain how Flash Mob Will Work
    1.58pm Everyone sits down (Weather permitting)
    1.59.50 Countdown from 10
    2.00pm Everyone Stand Ups & Says Slogan (This position is held for a Minute for purposes of filming & everyone leaves the centre.
    2.02pm` Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ plays & our young people enter circle & dance for first verse & first chorus
    Others are encouraged to join in
    When song ends everyone leaves the centre without talking for purposes of filming.
    2.10pm Thanks You'

    Thank you for supporting us. Yeah the born this way is a little cheesy but I had no part in picking the song. I'm just one of the young people starting it off.

    I thought it was great . I didn't see much of it as I was doing behind the scenes sort of stuff. I had to give out balloons and teach the dance (sort of anyway) , that kinda stuff.

    Hope that the people who did get to see it liked it.
