New bank. New sort code?

Hi guys, quick question, recently my local bank branch where I opened my account closed down and the services were moved to another branch in the area.

I'm filling out a form which needs my account's sort-code to be included, so does anyone know if I should use the new branch's sort-code or use the existing one I was given?

    Thanks!

If you mean Ulster Bank you sort code stays the same.

It was actually Permanent Tsb, maybe it would be the same?
