Nissan March and Jap import radios

My g/f has a jap import 2004 Nissan March, the radio has the wrong tuning steps and after 5-6 months she's sick of it.

She was looking on ebay at Nissan radios that look the same as her's

I worked for Pioneer for years ( it's gone now ) and fitted a few radios. But never anything like this.

Is it as simple of popping out the old one and popping this in.. connecting the aerial and loom and it will work ? -- I would of thought it would be .. but don't want to buy it if it's not going to work.

Any input would be great.

its that simple you undo the two philips head screws in the console underneath the head unit, then pop up the dashboard with a flat head screwdriver just above the stereo surround, undo a few more philips screws in there and then the whole stereo and cubby hole/ trip computer and the two vents come out at the once and you're then able to remove the stereo from its cage.

i have one of those stereos at home in that colour from a 2003 irish micra, free if you want it.
