Why on earth is the 17.15 southbound Dart from Pearse only 4 carriages? Quite often it's so full by the time it gets to Grand Canal Dock, that people are left on the platform to wait for the next one.

Cut backs. The 8:10 service from Howth is 4 cars in the morning ad it's full at crush load at Raheny. IE say passenger numbers have fallen so much they don't need the extra cars. There are people left at platforms every morning.

They have no idea of reality. I have stopped using the DART since they cut the capacity of the trains.

Are there any 8-piece services now? IE keep using the excuse that "standing on trains is common in all countries" but it really sounds like they've cut back too far.

I've seen them though don't ask me on what diagrams they are on.

I think they have confused when rush hour is. All the darts during rush hour seem to be 4 carriages. Im just about to get one from Dalkey and it will be more then 4 carraiges now and half empty. Makes no sense
