Looking for a Chainsaw part (carburetor)

    Hi all i am looking for a carburetor for a chainsaw for my father, the part is a huayang mp 132, i found a website that shows the part (http://www.huayang-china.com/eproductshow.asp?id=58) but cant seem to find a site that sells it i was wondering if anyone knows a site that may sell one

    Hi there, you have 2 options with your Chinese saw. 1, Throw it in a skip and buy a Western brand, Stihl, Husqvarna, Solo, Makita, Echo, Dolmar , etc, in no particular order.
    These should give longer service life, and easier parts availability. Also your local dealer will not run you out the door when you arrive looking a part.

    2, Find what western saw your Chinese model is a copy off. And then get a Walbro or Bing carb. to suit.

    I would go with option A. Most dealers have good secondhand models for sale, which they will stand over. Try and get a farmers spec machine, or semi-pro. , rather than a "home owner" or entry level machine.

    It says Kato Tools gasoline chain saw
    45cc

    bottom of it has 55cs100, but it turned up with nothing on the net

    Not being rude, but it's a waste of time. See advice in the post above. Saws like this can be bought for €100. The part would probably cost more than that.
