Diploma in Corporate Finance

Has anyone done this with the ICAI? Is it worthwhile doing in order to progress in career in corporate finance. I was advised today that the diploma with the ICAEW is a better qualification so I'm in two minds. Both would be done through distance learning. Advice appreciated
