Just wondering what people's thoughts are on the number of Irish horse's going in at the festival? Double figures possible?!

Think it could be another brilliant year for the Irish.. Boston bob, Pont alex, Our conor, Sir des champs, Arabella boy, First lieutenant, Quevega.. There just off the top of my head.

What do ye think we can get overall given the fantastic opening 2 days we have had?

    13 winners up now.

Just the one more from the last 2 races to actually "win" Cheltenham. That would be incredible - what recession??

    From the BBC
So, Ireland finish ahead of Great Britain by the narrowest margin, with horses trained on the other side of the Irish Sea winning 14 of the 27 races.

Willie Mullins finishes as top trainer with five wins, with Ruby Walsh as top jockey after four victorious rides.

It has been a good festival for the Irish alright.

Great festival for the Irish, alright. Can't believe we had 14 of the 27 winners! Definitely a year to savour and remember as who knows when we'll see that feat repeated. Absolutely amazing and fantastic!
