I know they are about 4 yrs closed now and they have been many long est big dealers who have closed in recent yrs but this is one dealer who seems to have gone out of business through not developing during Celtic tiger ! They had good name and were known for good deals read they were planning to move to malahide road in late 90s . But it never happened they went through Celtic tiger years operating from their rundown and cramped premises in a rundown area until they lost their car franchises and went out of business did the owners just loose interest in motor trade ? As if they had moved to the new site in late 90s they could still be thriving garage today seems sad as my man lived near annesley garage growing up and they were very well known their one time sister garage annesley Williams also doesn't seem to invest much in their business and were once irelands top merc dealer but now are really only interested in skoda

They probably realised that new premises and investment wasn't a viable option. Many a dealer who over extended them selves in the boom time to hold on to brands isn't here today.

It would seem those in the 2nd hand market and repairs are fairing better.

    Just my thoughts

We bought our Mercedes from Annesley back in 04 and they were booming back then. Anyone we knew that bought a merc always bought them from Annesley. Shows you how thriving businesses can just crash
