They are in alphabetical order. Those scrawls of illegible and often fake player names that most managers give out with a big grin on their faces on the other hand.

They are "sort of" in alphabetical order ???? The Irish surname is in order and it zig zag back and over across the page !!! Not user friendly at all. We did up our own club one here using excel. Player name in Eng, then Irish as well as Date of birth and most importantly the new Unique Id number. Our one is lovely to use.... just pop in the player number in front of his name....managers love it ...............but guess what ????? Our co board have told refs to insist on the servo sport ones. CRAZY

The servasport system is at the insistence of Croke Park.

Well regarding it being Irish, since the founding of the GAA teams have had to be listed in Irish, so nothing new there. Doing up the list on Servasport doesn't actually sound any different to what you've described. Once you have your list of players, you just print it out for any match and fill in the numbers of the players for that day. I don't see what the problem is. As I was saying, no team we've ever played has ever given us a Servasport list, just a bit of carbon-copy paper with a few illegible names, certainly not in alphabetical order or anything like it.
