    Hail friends i'm new here and this forum is huge so i hope i'm on right section.

    I bought a case from hardwareversand.de and it is faulty i made the return sticker with the barcode but i forgot about the tracking number and then i read on this forum that the procedure is different.

    I must pay at my own the shiping cost and then include inside the box that i will sent them my bank account details, the printed label, the proof of the shipping payment and the proof of purchase, so they can pay me back. The product is a tower case 19kg.

    I just need a yes or no because im a little late already 15 days passed and i know it it will take days to answer me via e-mail.
