Samsung Washing Machine Poor Customer service

    Has anyone had to deal with Samsung in relation to getting a washing machine replaced whilst still under guarantee?
    We are 2 weeks without a machine now.
    Gone through the process. Sent off proof of purchase, was contacted and offered a choice of replacement. Their customer service department is not contactable on the phone and wont reply to e-mails.
