Hi. I was just wondering if someone could tell me a wee bit about potato growing in Ireland. I'm not in farming. I was talking to a Dutch organic farmer who was of the impression that we differ in how we grow potatoes. She was going on about crop rotation and the use of fertilizers.

I was just wondering if commercial potato production in Ireland is the same as other countries in Europe?
