Help with old kids tv show name

    My sister has absolutely wrecked my head bringing this tv show up;
    There was a boy and a girl and they had stones or something that glowed red or blue and a scary man who drove in a black car that looked a bit like a London Cab. Something about underground or under the mountain?

    I can't remember the name either!! Any ideas????
    HELP!!
