T-Shirt Idea

I would like this image on the front of a white t-shirt. Sounds simple, I know. But my idea involves more than just that.

Towards the left of the t-shirt, you can see how the red colour of the pattern is fading and it's becoming all white. What I want is this image on the front of the white t-shirt and having the red pattern (somehow) extending slightly beyond the boundaries of this image(as seen here), and fading into the white background of the t-shirt.

Do you know of any way I could get someone to design this idea for me? if I already have the t-shirt?

So you want the border to fade to white with a smooth gradient? Nothing difficult about that. Install the GIMP and have a look for tutorials for using feathering.

There are various "print on demand" companies where you upload your art, assign it to a shirt and buy it. They do the printing.

Sorry! I'm in the US but there are euro equivalents.
