I applied for Bachelor of Arts in Art and Design at GMIT, but the thing is I am only really interested in Photography, and I was wondering is it possible to submit a portfolio only of photography or does it have to include other artistic creations too?

Also how would I prepare a portfolio that is worthy of GMIT standards? This is my first time doing this so i am not sure if I should spend the money to bind them together or if i can bring them in loose in a normal plastic folder?
