You must have some sort of Internet connection if you can post a thread on here

If I'm understanding you correct, OP, then the panic attacks come from not being able to be constantly online. In which case, libraries and internet cafes won't help, correct?

The question then, should not be how do I get online, the question should be how do I reduce the need to be online?

For me, this is a behavioural addiction. When you feel the need to carry out the behaviour, stop and think if you really need the feeling you get online and can you get it elsewhere.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Perhaps The Samaritans might help you if you are still having the problem? The number is 1850 60 90 90

I would have the same concerns as the person above me though. Have you gone to your GP to get help regarding the problems you're having? I'm no expert on therapy but I'd have thought depending so greatly on an online group can't be right.
