Has anyone every worked for Ergo?

They always seem to have around a dozen job vacancies at any given time which usually indicates a very high turnover of staff.

In contrast they seem very proud of their awards which include Best Workplace Award 2012 & Deloitte Best Managed Company 2012.

There are currently 25 Ergo jobs on Adverts.ie (75 since February 2012) but what are they like to work for?

They also help their clients searching and providing resources. It is possible the jobs you have seen from them would be for their clients who are based in Dublin and surrounding area.

I have no idea, but the vast majority of their jobs seem to be in Dublin. I just want to find out what they are like to work for as I've applied for a role with them.

By the way how can a company be Best Workplace Award 2012 if they contract their staff out to different companies?

Probably worth learning more about them before you go for your interview :-) www.ergogroup.ie

I already know who they are and what they do, I can use Google ;)

I just wanted to know what they are like to work for, preferably from a current/former employees point of few.

For example; Is it a friendly environment to work in? Do they provide decent staff training and benefits? Are the managers competent? Or is it a really stressful place to work with low salaries and long hours?
