    Hi,
    We are a group of UCD students (2 boys/2 girls, 1 undergrad and 3 post-grads) looking for people to join us in the house. We have one single room (400E) and one double room (450E) available.
    The house is just 2 minutes walking from UCD-Centra, Belfield and a good location for UCD students. We hope to find someone tidy and friendly.
    Either male or female are welcomed for both long term and short term. Smokers and couples are *NOT* accepted! All Bill Shared
    Facilities: Dryer, Washing Machine, Fridge, Microwave, Wi-Fi, etc.
