Sim city 3000

    I suppose this game is kind of a a retro game but I recently got a new gaming pc and I had sim city 3000 lying around from years back I installed it and it works but the game is to big for the screen like it is zoomed in and I cant see things or half of things at the bottom top and sides of the screen is there a way to scale it or anything that might help
