Suzuki SX4 cutting out

    Hey guys.

Late notice but hopefully someone can help.

I've to drive to Sligo tomorrow, and am using my girlfriend's dad's (petrol) Suzuki SX4 to bring two dogs.
Anyways, apparently it has a tendency to cut off sometimes - she said tonight it was 'driving funny' and cut off going around corners.

Anyways, any last minute tips to avoid being stranded somewhere in the Midlands tomorrow? :) A little Googling says it might be fuel filter related, any chance a fuel additive might be worth a shot?

I wouldn't drive up in it anyway.
