Planning on heading for a 2.5 3 hours spin in the North Dublin/Meath border early tomorrow. Just wondering has anyone ventured out for a spin in the back roads out their the last few days and if so are there any roads/areas to avoid due to ice or risk of ice? Don't want to end up on my snot:D

They seem to be ok BUT I was doing intervals on Cappagh Road last night and I parked in Lidl in Tyrellstown. Started at about 5.30 and got back at about 7 with frozen toes and a coating of frost on the roof of the car.Had a few wheel slipping moments but put that down to the road and the type of traffic that uses the road.
Its giving clear skies tonite so would go with caution and wait till daylight if ya can.

Thanks for the update. I was planning on heading out at around 8am so hopefully some of the ice if any will start to thaw out around then
