Market for new laptop

Just want to get an idea for a new laptop folks. Won't be buying this side of the summer (cash all tied up for holidays! :D ) but when I'm back I will need to get a new laptop because my current one (Samsung RV511) is beginning to show signs of age....

Start up speeds are slow, NVIDIA graphics card is a little flaky at times, I've banjaxed the enter key which is incredibly frustrating and then on top of that, I feel an upgrade would be worthwhile.

    What I'm looking for...

    i5 or i7
Dedicated graphics card (not a gamer, but watch a LOT of movies on the laptop)
Good display, preferably a matt screen finish rather than glossy
    Numeric pad on keyboard
    No disk drive needed
15.6 inch screen... willing to go as low as 14 if the spec is right
    3 USB's
Battery life very good, above average
    6 gb RAM minimum
Hopefully a clock speed as close to 3.0 as possible
Great audio system as I listen to lots of music on it
Raised keyboard... hate the flush ones
Windows 7 where possible, aware it'll probably have to be a windows 8 machine though
Light... I'll be taking it to college nearly every day

Not asking for much, eh? So any suggestions? :)

PC Specialist still have some Windows 7 licenses left, configure your own laptop.

P.S.: Intel HD 4000 is on par with entry level GPUs from ATI and Nvidia, well capable of full HD video and indeed playing most current games (although not at the highest settings). My recommendation, the 15.6" UltraNote. Slim, light, excellent full HD IPS display and good battery life (Core i5, 8 GB RAM and 120 GB SSD costs around €650)

From what I've seen going on, if you want Win7, especially in 6 months, you're going to be paying a premium over a windows 8 machine.
