Lawn reseeding

I'm moving house soon and the dogs have the grass in the back garden in bits in my current house. It wasn't great when we moved in with large bare patches around the place, but I don't want to take any chances with my deposit so I'd like to get somebody in to fix it up.

Does anybody know how much its likely to cost to hire a gardener/lanscaper (no idea what they are called) to till the entire garden and plant new grass? The garden is about 15 square meteres. Or what the cheapest easiest solution might be?

If grass is planted now or in the next couple of weeks is it likely to start growing in the next month or two?

Thanks in advance, and sorry if this isn't the right place to be posting this.

I dont know how much your deposit is but I'd say hiring someone to sort the lawn out would take a good chunk out of it!
    Any chance of a photo?
Lidl have grass seed in right now, you could chance your arm and chuck a couple of bales of compost around and then a couple of boxes of seed on top and rake it in. Keep it water when the weather is dry until is germinates. And pray. When are you moving out? I reckon you'd need more than a couple of months for it to thicken up nicely but at least you could show you tried and that it would be coming for the summer.
