Hey

The rail itself is 10 and a quarter inches.
The barrel is 13 and a half inches. And it is 15 inches with the flash hider in place.

The rail system is seven and a half inches and I'm pretty sure the outer barrel is ten and a half inches. Not at home so I can't measure it, but pretty sure that measurement is correct.
