UPC Isolator/splitter?

Ordered a self install of UPC Broadband and Phone to our existing TV package and ordere HD. 2 of our DVR PLus boxes to be replaced with the HD boxes.

Got notification from DPD couriers that self install equipment will arrive Friday morning and to have 1 DVR box and assosciated decryption card ready to be returned with the courier.

Looks like UPC feck it up again. If they are only asking for one DVR back then I assume they are only sending one HD box despite me ordering two, so thats something I have to get back onto them about.

However, in the interim a brother has descided he'll actually keep that second DVR Pus box for his own room and pay us the cost of the mirror sub.

ie. So while I still need to ask UPC to send out the second HD box we ordered, I'll be telling them I wont be sending back the second DVR after all.

My question is as follows. Do I have to pay the feckers €60 install fee for a tech to come out and replace our 3 way splitter in the attic for a 4 way and to install another white UPC wall box for that room, or can I buy the Tratec Tris-226 Isolator/FM spliter internals like whats used inside the white UPC wall points and do the work on my internal wiring myself. Well within my ability.

Is so, where can I buy something like the Tratec Isolator yoke and preferable somewhere where I could also PICK up a couple of 2->1 HDMI boxes to share a single long HDMI cable with 2 connected devices (Save on shipping etc.)

Engineer Callout. Worked out well in the end though, as they said with 3 STB's and a Modem aready sharing the single line coming in from the tap, adding another device would drop the db's (Signal to Noise Ratio) too much. They then said that while there were there they might as well fully populate the tap as to just do the one. So now I have 3 discrete lines coming in.
