A station with LEGO FM on the RDS has appeared across Dublin since the weekend on 87.6 - 24hrs a day.
Dance music with an emphasis on old skool ?

Space FM on 88.1 continues, Connect / Easy 91.6 has been off the air and Energy AM has only made a few short appearances over the last while.

The train of thought on station naming the last while is going down hill. LEGO FM?

LEGO FMs RDS PI code appears to be the same as ITT FM on 99.1 - cannot get a strong enough signal on the reader to confirm.

ITT FM From Tallaght have several dates to broadcast this year and seem to leave a blank carrier on all weekend, they were on air Friday 8th and have left a blank carrier on all weekend, according to the BAI terms and conditions the transmitter is ment to be off when the station is not licenced to broadcast, they often leave there transmitter on for several days after an offical broadcast, is this to stop pirates operating on 99.1 and 99.4 ? Tallaght Sound a local pirate has been on 99.4 at various times with a mix of 80s, 90s and Dance music.

Noticed that - in the past BAI/BCI have come down heavy on temp stations leaving the TX on.

btw to confirm - Lego FM have the same PI code as ITT.....tut tut

AFAIK, Tallaght Sound is a licensed community station that broadcast on a part-time basis on 99.5 - not a pirate!

Don't know who is engineering this station but they now have the RDS PI Code the same as Play FM Dublin (PDN) - not a clever move....

Haven't heard any live programming yet - seems to be down on power and modulation level over the last few days - need to switch off the AF to listen to it
