    F.B.D. Donation appreciated.
Before you look about insurance you need to document all your plan, Organisation and or individual details.Cause,Route, Number of riders,Age profile, Duration,Start and finish facilities, Gardai involvement. First Aid, Stewards. Detailed maps. previous events. For Gardai and First aid you need maps with application and usually GAA clubs will require proof of your insurance. In my opinion € 15 is too low for that type of event. It might be a good idea to get a Sponsor to cover all your expenses. Also bear in mind not everyone subscribes to facebook.
    Best wishes.

Would you not approach your local cycling club for help/advice/numbers?

It is a charity spin and all proceeds wll be going to the Charity
But if Insurance and st johns/order of malta have to be paid, i hope a lot of people turn up, or else i will make a loss !!

I'll be there, apparently the recession finished last week, so I'll pay €25 for a great cause

I certainly hope to be there on the day as well, though we're due to be away the week leading up to it. Having been aware of Katie's story since day 1, I'm really hoping to make it

What are the details for Sunday (time, start from etc) ? I assume theyre on the Facebook link in the first post, but it's insisting on a login, and I don't touch facebook with a barge pole. Could somebody repost them here?
