    Any recommendations around dublin?
    Looking for the best prices which rules out b&q, woodies etc..

    Looking at solid or semi solid oak.

    Went to Irwins in Castleblaney about 4 years ago and discounts were well worth the drive, not sure about now

    every now and then TJ O'Mahoneys in ballymount have a great deal on, you'll find it in the middle of the floor, just beside the doors.

    It's mostly on engineered flooring however.

    Don't rule out B&q. Wife got her heart set on one of their solid wood floors. The price was way over the top so I checked up north and got a bit of savings there, there was also a sale on they month so that brought down the price more and finally I brought my mother in law to get it on a Wednesday for the over 60's discount. All in all I got it for 1/3 of the original price per sq meter.
