Hey guys. So I failed the driving test for the first time today in Cavan and now need to apply for a 3rd provisional as my 2nd one is up in a week. Was just wondering do I have to take an eye-exam again or anything or do i just send the form off to the local tax office with the fee, photographs and most recent learner…

Hope it goes better next time. You don't need another eye exam, everything else you listed though.
