    Go to one of the Asian markets (e.g. Asia market(!) or Oriental Emporium) or there are a number of Indian places too - you can get big bags of spices (whole or ground) there.

    I usually but this from Eurasia in liffey valley http://www.eurasia.ie/ or goodwill at Cookstown.
    All spices are available there (goodwill is a bit cheaper I guess)
