Clutch issue

I bought a 08 Hyundai accent November 11 from a main dealer. It was a 2nd hand with 19000kms on the clock.

About 12 months ago, while it was still under the garages warranty, I started having problems with changing gears. Basically I would tear the shoulder off myself moving gears. I went back to the garage 3 times before they eventually fixed it.
We replaced the cars complete clutch system on its first visit to us, this comprised of a clutch friction plate a release bearing and a pressure plate as well as new gearbox oil.

On its last return Tuesday the 1st of May we bleed the fluid system in the vehicle and got a very small quantity of air from it and while this is unfortunate this can happen on vehicles. We had bleed the clutch system on 3 occasions after the first repair which is standard practice.

Up until december, it was running perfect, then bang, exact same issue strikes again (though more intermittent. Only seems to flare up when driving a long distance 30km+). I went back to the main dealer, they had a look, and lo and behold, they see what the issue is, but it is a seperate problem from what they fixed last year "but will manifest itself in the exact same way". He showed me the fluid and it was all black, and there was dirt in it. He said it should be the same colour as the break fluid.

They told me that I need a new clutch master cylinder and a new clutch slave cylinder. Cost all in is approx €500.

I went to an independant mechanic earlier, and he reckons there is more than a good chance that if the fluid is bled, there should be no issue.

Anyone with any know how have any opinions on this here?
