    Hi,

Just wondering are there any handicap qualifying competitions open in Cork and Munster area? I know it's cold but the weather has been fairly decent and just wondering if any clubs are back handicap qualifying and if so were?

    Open competitions would be appreciated.

    Cheers!

Fota's opens the last couple of weeks have been qualifying. I would definitely say Castlemartyr next Tuesday will be qualifying if nothing else changes! Not sure where else though!

Fota and castlemartyr would be the 2 most likely I think as well. This good stretch of weather should help a lot of clubs

Castlemartyr isn't I rang to find out. Fota at 35euro is a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Depending on your H/Cap the Muskerry JSC qualifier is on fri and sat this week

They had initially said they were going to be open tomorrow but I guess with todays weather things have changed.

Blarney is very close I would think based on playing there yesterday.

Heard muskerry is still soft enough. So could be placing here and non qualifying

Cobh was supposed to be qualifying from today but I can't confirm this

I am a member in Cobh and got a howdidido alert for today's comp which normally only happens for qualifying comps. The CSS was 36 points which seems too low for winter rules

I think there is another open on Friday. If anybody is interested then a quick phonecall to the pro shop would confirm this and let you know if it will be a qualifying comp

Castlemartyr just posted a tweet saying that todays open is qualifying!
