despite being an IT professional the only social media I engage with is this board! I dont like FB I used twitter before when I used Golden Cheetah to tweet sessions, I am also on linkedin but as a public servant its irrelevant to me.

I have helped a good few on here and would ask you to like us or follow us in whatever social media circle you use!
We have 15K members but out followers etc is very low. We are making an effort to publicise more all the good stuff happening in your sport and will continue to use these channels.

It also helps with sponsors!
