car lights problem

hey guys had a problem my car lights kept flickering on and off sumtimes while i was driven neway it blew a fuse and the wires burnt appartnly the wiring to my dims and head lights is gone and burnt does ne1 know if this would be a big job to repair?? thanks :):P:P:P:P
