PPS forms

hey

my gf will be moving here soon and were trying to get the ball rolling for pps number. can i just go in and collect an application form for pps number for her or do u need appointments for these forms. and also where do u get them.. is it just parnell st u can pick these forms up?
Obviously she will fill them in and drop back herself ?
