    Hi all,

Just looking for some advice please on the above car. Are they a good car, reliable, etc?

There's a 2006 diesel automatic for sale & on paper it looks ideal. I'm a childminder and my 2007 Fiesta is too small now so am looking to trade in for a 7-seater.

Any ball park figures of how much I could expect to pay for the Peugeot? My fiesta has 61,000km on the clock & is a 1.2.

    Any advice, bargaining tips welcome!

    TIA

They always do very badly in surveys, do you need something as massive as an 807?

Oh really? In what way if you don't mind explaining?

I do need a 7-seater yeah. I've taken an Opel Zafira for a spin & it was nice to drive but the actual car wasn't in as good condition in the interior as I would have hoped.

    Thanks for the reply btw

ETA if you or anyone else have any recommendations for other 7-seaters I'd be really grateful. Clueless when it comes to anything bigger than a hatchback!

Similar in size to the zafira:

    Toyota corolla verso
    Renault grand scenic
    Mazda 5
    Mitsubishi grandis
    Kia carens
    Honda frv
    Fiat multipla
    Volkswagen touran

    A bit bigger
Ford galaxy, Seat Alhambra, Volkswagen sharan (same car)
    Ford s max
    Toyota avensis verso
    Honda stream
    Hyundai trajet

    Massive
    Toyota previa
    Renault espace
Peugeot 807, citroen c8, fiat Ulysse (same car)
    Kia Sedona

I'm not recommending all these, just illustrating that there are different sizes of mpvs.

That's some list, thanks very much for taking the time to write all those out for me. Definitely gives me something to work on when I'm looking for cars!

How many people will you be carrying?

I'll have my daughter who's in a booster seat, my son who's just gone 1 and two other babies the same age. So 4 kids and possibly one extra during the week who would be in a booster also.
It's finding a car that has the space for the baby seats that's proving difficult. A 7-seater seems to be the answer but if there's other cars out there that would also be suitable that would be great.

Ok, you've scared me now calling it a bus! Glad to hear it's a nice car though! Thanks for the reply
