Solid walnut flooring

Hi all, We're currently getting to the finishing stage of our self build and we're hoping to put down solid walnut flooring through most of the downstairs (90 sqm) as its a large quantity I was wondering has anyone purchased recently or spotted any deals?

I got some at MOrans builders merchants in Castleisland for approx €38 sq meter. Good quality too.
