    Hi

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor to deal with a house purchase. Ideally in Drogheda or south of Drogheda towards Dublin?

    Thanks in advance.

We used Fiach McHugh in McKeever Taylor when we moved house, that was over 7 years ago, he found a planning issue that hadn't been sorted even though we were the 3rd people to buy this house, seller had to get correct planning before we bought it at their cost, nice guy and as far as I remember his prices were competitive.

A friend recently bought a house and used James Allen, they would recommend him highly.

Both of these solicitor are on Laurence Street Drogheda, numbers on google.

Worth contacting a few different solicitors for quotes.
