    Open means it's not members only, visitors with GUI handicap can play.
    Qualifying in this context means handicap qualifying, i.e. you can get 0.1 or get cut (or hit your buffer). So unlikely there would be bunkers out of play or placing in semi/lift-clean-drop in semi etc. Open qualifying is the two together.
