Where do I take my owl fella and 15 of his friends on a stag !!
He hates pubs , doesn't drink except wine and likes good food .
Now I know the obvious is to go for a slop up meal but for a stag ??
One night only distance no boundary

Wine tasting, food, followed possibly by wine bar. Due to the age maybe book seats.

there's a great suggestion... Plenty of quality wine bars. Galway has petit rouge, sheridans and the like. There's probably other places you can book specifically for a tasting.

darwins on georges st, ask for a giant steak. I was on a stag couple years ago with a 68 yr old fella who was getting married. said it was the greatest steak he'd ever eaten. not to turn this conversation into how good a steak can get (although I may just have) but he's still raving about it and how much he enjoyed the night

We brought him to see calvin harris in the academy afterwards. he loved it.

he does nt play golf or shooting .
his main hobby is the theatre-now that would be a bundle of laughs for a stag:eek:

You do know a stag isn't just about getting ****faced, and spending the week after with your kidneys in a wheelbarrow?

If him, and his friends, enjoy the theatre then why not go for a nice meal, followed by a play?

agreed... at the end of the day, it's about doing something he enjoys. If he doesn't like the things suggested, then no point doing them just cost they're stag-style activities (btw, think lots of activities suggested are great).

Do a dinner, a wine tasting, a play or opera. He might very well love that much more than pubbing.
