why do i need to write a letter to eircom to complete cancellation ?

eircom wont get repeat customers if they keep this up, making the customer write a letter or send an e-mail to a dead e-mail address is not the way to keep customers coming back

Hi James

A letter is required as this is thecancellation procedure. A phone called is required firstly to inform eircom of your intent and subsequently a letter is required for confirmation.
