My brother was told he would have to to apply for his social card today from the social welfare and he didn't ask how to apply

So I just taught someone on here might know how and where he would apply for this card

Tell him to go to the local dole office. They will assist him.

If he doesnt have a current claim tell him to bring photo ID with him e.g. passport or driving licence

He just signed on they gave him a temporary card he can use to sign and his passport out of date and has no licence

Well if they have given him a temporary card they must be happy with whatever ID he provided. Also if he has a temporary card it is more thank likely that a card has been ordered for him... it takes about 2 weeks. Who has asked him for his sw card as he can use his temporary card to get his payment from the post office if his claim has been awarded.

He asked them at the social office today and they said he would have to apply for it but more likely they issue him the card shortly
