As much as I know, on a conscious level, that the descriptions of food in the books is seriously taking liberties at times, I also usually end up as a dribbly mess when I come across one of the feasts Martin lovingly describes.

Well now there's a perfect present for any SOIAF nerds you know who are into cooking:

    Tried any recipes yet?

The dornish breakfast - eggs and "fire peppers" sounds delicious.

It inspired me to try having roasted peppers with fried eggs. Lovely.
