    Sick of listening to those to union clowns going around like Chicken Little today... Not one mandatory redundancy from the public sector in the biggest economic crisis the country has ever faced??? It's a joke.

    To be fair it's their standard procedure.

    They negotiate a pretty good deal.
    Then they bitch and moan about same deal so they save face with the members who don't like the deal.

    Some one on the panel did point out that the public service has been reduced by 30,000 though since the Croke Park agreement. That is a very substantial figure in fairness, equivalent to the population of Leitrim!
